Graphics Designer

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to bring the WWUGL brand to life visually. Working from brand guidelines, templates and briefs, you will create the design and video content for our website, social channels, sales materials and tenders. You will work closely with the marketing team and support the sales and tender teams. The role suits a designer with in\-house or agency experience who can work quickly from briefs and grow with the team.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Apply the WWUGL brand consistently across print and digital materials
• Design sales presentations, brochures, product sheets and proposal documents
• Produce graphics, infographics and layouts for tender submissions, often to tight deadlines
• Turn copy and briefs into finished visuals for social media, web, email and campaigns
• Create LinkedIn carousels, social graphics, website banners and landing page visuals
• Design email templates and campaign graphics
• Edit short\-form videos from footage captured at client sites and events
• Build and maintain design templates and an organised asset library
• Support the handover of design files and brand assets from the current agency

• *Requirements**

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, ideally in\-house or with an agency
• Good skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience laying out long documents such as proposals, brochures or reports
• Basic short\-form video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar)
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and briefs accurately
• Ability to manage several requests and deadlines at once
• Willingness to work UK business hours
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent experience shown through a strong portfolio

• *Good to Have**

• Experience designing for B2B or international clients
• Experience building templates in PowerPoint or Canva
• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Experience preparing artwork for print
• Adobe Certified Professional or similar certification

Pay: Up to ₹950,000\.00 per year
