• *Roles \& Responsibility (Job Profile)**

• Develop and execute annual CAPEX plans aligned with business objectives.
• Making detailed Capex proposals vs. existing manufacturing processes for various operations.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality CFT and SPM suppliers.
• Framework \& Systems building.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and ROI analyses.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely capitalization of completed assets.
• Prepare monthly CAPEX MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for automation, energy savings, and productivity improvements.
• Lead end\-to\-end capital projects, including planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.

• *Competency (Candidate Profile)**

• **Education Required:**

+ BE (Mechanical / Production) / DME/ NTTF/B. tech/ GTTC

• **Experience Required:**

+ 6\-8 years in Capex project execution

+ At least 3 years leading cross\-functional project teams.

• **Skills Required:**

+ Basic Quality tool knowledge.

+ Electrical, Pneumatics \& Hydraulic knowledge will be an added advantage.

+ Own Vehicle must.

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes
