• *Roles \& Responsibility (Job Profile)**

• Proven expertise in Mass Finishing methods and trouble shooting.
• Develop new cost effective processes for mass finishing.
• Attend seminars and engineering\-expo and incorporate new technologies for mass finishing.
• Good Communication \& Presentation skill (ONTIME ESCALATION OF DELAYS \& ENSURE EXECUTION WRT ORIGINAL PLAN).
• Project Planning, validation \& Execution.
• Time Management Skill.
• PREPARATION OF FWS BY CONSULTING CONCERN CFT. (like technical standards, process SOP, inhouse \& supplier process data gallery etc.)
• Ensure department / Group Plans / SHR (STAGE HANDOVER Review) / Day Sheet.
• Capture lesson learnt.
• Lesson Learnt Validation, action implementation \& MIS Updation.
• Best practices horizontal deployment.
• Technical joint do \[TRIALS(IH\&OS)/SUPPLIER VISITS].
• Validation of current available process standards and frameworks.
• Develop new suppliers and get o\-boarding done.

• *Competency (Candidate Profile)**

• **Education Required:**

+ BE/DME in Mechanical Engineering

• **Experience Required:**

+ Minimum 7\+ years relevant experience in different Mass Finishing processes

• **Skills Required:**

+ Good Project planning \& management skill. Good Communication skill \& Presentation skill. Capable to suggest finish procedure for new products. Basic Knowledge of Surface Coating processes
