Growth & Lead Generation Specialist (AI Automation Agency)

• *Job Description:** Kavion Media is seeking a **Growth \& Content Lead** to act as the primary engine for our agency’s acquisition. You will be responsible for the entire lead generation lifecycle, from researching viral trends and producing high\-converting creative content to managing paid ad campaigns and automated outreach.

You aren't just here to post or run ads; you are here to build a "content\-to\-conversion" machine that turns views into booked meetings.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Viral Content Research \& Creation:**
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform\-specific algorithm shifts to identify "viral" hooks and topics relevant to AI automation.
• Direct and produce scroll\-stopping short\-form video (Reels/TikToks) and visual content that positions Kavion Media as a thought leader.
• Transform high\-performing content into long\-tail assets (e.g., turning a viral video concept into an email nurture sequence or landing page).
• **Paid Media Strategy:** Manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, ensuring creative assets are aligned with current trends to maximize ROI and lower CPL.
• **Direct Response Copywriting:** Write high\-intent copy for ad headlines, landing pages, and cold outreach sequences that drive immediate action.
• **System Ownership:** Own the pipeline within **GoHighLevel**. You will manage the technical setup of lead\-capture funnels, ensuring that the traffic generated by your content is tracked, nurtured, and converted.
• **Data\-Driven Iteration:** Use platform analytics to perform "post\-mortems" on content performance. You will pivot quickly based on data, if a hook works, you double down; if it fails, you analyze why and iterate.

• **The "Hybrid" Skillset:** You have a unique blend of creative "viral" instinct and analytical "performance" discipline.
• **Platform Mastery:** You deeply understand the mechanics of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You know exactly why a post gets saved, shared, or scrolled past.
• **Tool Proficiency:** You are fluent in AI\-assisted workflows (e.g., using AI for script generation, editing, or data analysis) and are comfortable working in **GoHighLevel** is a plus (training will be provided)
• **Proactive Growth Mindset:** You don’t need a roadmap. You research the trends,make content and share with founder, you produce the creative, you launch the ads, and you optimize the results.
• **Agency Experience:** You thrive in fast\-paced environments where speed and adaptability are the primary competitive advantages.
