Growth Marketing Manager

• *About the Role**

We're looking for someone who can help us grow a software services business through inbound marketing.

Arccus builds mobile apps, web applications, AI solutions, ERP systems, and business automation platforms for startups and businesses worldwide. Most of our growth so far has come through referrals, networking, and marketplaces. We're now investing in building a predictable inbound lead generation engine and need someone who can take ownership of that effort.

This is not a social media manager role.

This is not a pure SEO role.

We're looking for someone who understands how to attract the right audience, turn expertise into content, improve website conversions, and ultimately generate qualified sales opportunities.

You will work directly with the founder and will have support from our in\-house designer and SEO executive.

• *What You'll Be Responsible For**

• Building and executing our inbound marketing strategy
• Growing organic traffic and improving search visibility
• Planning content that generates business opportunities, not just traffic
• Managing and guiding our existing SEO executive
• Creating and executing a LinkedIn content strategy
• Working with the founder to turn project experience and client success stories into marketing assets
• Improving website conversion rates and lead generation funnels
• Creating case studies, landing page strategies, and lead magnets
• Tracking performance and reporting on results

• Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity

• HubSpot or other CRM systems
• Email marketing and lead nurturing
