Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a data\-driven and energetic Growth \& Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage performance campaigns while coordinating creative execution and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

\* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.

\* Drive customer acquisition, improve ROAS, and optimize CAC.

\* Create campaign roadmaps and creative briefs, and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers.

\* Track campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and prepare actionable reports.

\* Work on landing page improvements, user journeys, and CRO initiatives.

\* Manage campaign timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

\* Fresher to 4 years of relevant experience.

\* Strong analytical ability and willingness to learn.

\* Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.

\* Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills.

\* Good communication and ability to work under deadlines.

\* Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Excel\-based project tracking is preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000\.74 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
