This non-management, full-time Loss Prevention position at the Mumbai property involves comprehensive security and safety duties. You will patrol all areas of the hotel, assist guests with room access, and monitor systems including CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems. Responsibilities include locking entrances as needed, conducting daily physical hazard inspections, and responding to accidents by providing first aid/CPR or contacting EMS. You will assist guests and employees during emergencies, report all incidents promptly, and help defuse any guest or employee disturbances. The role requires calling for outside support when necessary and ensuring the overall security and safety of the property and its occupants.
