As a Reservation Executive at Marriott International, located in Taj Nagri, Phase II, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes. Your role includes communicating the company's values and culture to new employees, as well as reviewing and implementing updated reservations procedures. You will process all reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail. Identifying guest needs to determine suitable room types, verifying room availability and rates, and explaining guarantee policies, special rates, and cancellation terms to callers are key duties. You must accommodate and document special requests and address guest questions regarding reservation processes. This is a full-time, non-management position.
