Job Description

We are looking for an experienced GST Executive to independently manage the GST filings. The ideal candidate should have strong, hands\-on experience in monthly GST compliances, reconciliations and annual filings across multiple clients. The role involves ownership of end‑to‑end GST processes, coordination with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Independently prepare workings and file all periodic GST returns (GSTR‑1, 3B and other applicable forms) for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.

Handle annual filings (GSTR‑9 / 9C) including preparation of reconciliations, schedules and supporting workings from books, 2A/2B, e‑invoices and e‑way bills.

Manage documentation wrt GST assessments, audits and notices.

Maintain proper documentation, workings, client‑wise trackers, MIS and SOPs for all GST activities for easy review and retrieval.

Liaise with clients for data, clarifications and resolving GST related queries on a timely basis.

Stay updated on changes in GST law, notifications and circulars and implement required changes in processes and formats.

Requirements

In‑depth working knowledge of GST law, return forms, reconciliations and assessment/audit procedures.

1–3 years of hands‑on experience in GST compliances; prior CA firm experience preferred.

Strong skills in MS Excel and good working knowledge of GST portal and Tally Prime.

Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ownership mindset to manage the GST function.

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple clients and internal team members.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹350,000\.00 per month
