About the Role
Maden Korea is seeking a dynamic and customer\-focused Beautician / Product Specialist to promote and demonstrate premium Korean skincare and beauty products to salons, aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, spas, and beauty professionals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, educating customers on product benefits and technical features, arranging appointments with decision\-makers, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into long\-term customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Demonstration \& Training
- Conduct live product demonstrations at salons, beauty clinics, spas, and aesthetic centers.
- Explain product ingredients, technology, application methods, and expected results.
- Train beauticians, therapists, and clinic staff on proper product usage.
- Demonstrate facial treatments and skincare protocols using Korean cosmetic products.
Business Development Support
- Identify and visit potential salons, aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and beauty centers.
- Schedule meetings with salon owners, clinic managers, purchasing teams, and doctors.
- Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in closing business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with beauty professionals and key decision\-makers.
Technical Product Promotion
- Present product features, benefits, active ingredients, and Korean skincare innovations.
- Educate customers on treatment protocols, product combinations, and retail opportunities.
- Address technical queries from beauticians, dermatologists, and clinic staff.
- Stay updated on new Korean beauty trends and product developments.
Sales \& Market Activities
- Support promotional events, workshops, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain records of customer visits, demonstrations, and follow\-ups.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Certification in Beautician, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Beauty Therapy.
- 2–5 years of experience in beauty, skincare, salon, spa, or cosmetic product promotion.
- Experience demonstrating skincare products is preferred.
- Knowledge of facial treatments, skincare protocols, and cosmetic ingredients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Korean skincare or professional beauty products.
- Knowledge of aesthetic clinic procedures and dermatology products.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Strong relationship\-building and customer engagement skills.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
