The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer hardware, managing network infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day IT operations.
*Key Responsibilities**
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
Manage and troubleshoot **LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls**.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network\-related issues.
Set up and maintain printers, scanners, IP phones, and other peripherals.
Manage user accounts, system access, and IT security protocols.
Perform regular system backups and maintain IT documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC support.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
*Required Skills**
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system administration.
Experience with Windows operating systems and basic server management.
Understanding of **TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN,** and network security concepts.
Hands\-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
*Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as **CCNA, Network\+, MCSA**, or equivalent will be an advantage.
