• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity or technical issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, CCTV systems, and network devices.
• Provide basic hardware and software support to employees.
• Maintain IT equipment records and coordinate repairs.
• Support basic website updates and HTML\-related tasks when required.

• *Qualifications \& Skills:**

• Diploma/Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and computer hardware.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, LAN, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of Windows, printers, and software installation.
• Responsible, observant, and able to maintain technical records.
