Key Responsibilities
\* Lead and manage overall kitchen operations for a premium multi\-cuisine restaurant.
\* Specialization in Continental and Oriental cuisine with strong focus on food quality, consistency, and presentation.
\* Develop menus, standardize recipes, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
\* Manage food cost, kitchen expenses, wastage control, and inventory management.
\* Prepare recipe costing and menu engineering reports.
\* Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
\* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
\* Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for smooth kitchen functioning.
Requirements
\* 8–10 years of experience in premium restaurants, fine\-dining establishments, or reputed hotels.
\* Strong expertise in Continental \& Oriental cuisine.
\* Proven experience in food cost control, recipe costing, and kitchen budgeting.
\* Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
\* Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
\* Immediate joiners preferred.
\* Age Limit \- Less then 40 years.
