We are looking for an experienced **Corporate Relations Professional** to lead and strengthen both internal and external stakeholder engagement for a leading manufacturing organization.

• *Location:** Chennai

• *Experience:** 15\+ Years

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute the organization's corporate relations strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, industry associations, media, and other external stakeholders.
• Act as the key liaison between the organization and external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Drive employee communication initiatives and strengthen internal engagement across functions.
• Support leadership in corporate communication, public relations, and reputation management.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to manage organizational events, visits, and stakeholder interactions.
• Handle crisis communication and ensure timely, consistent messaging during critical situations.
• Monitor policy and regulatory developments and work with relevant teams to ensure proactive engagement.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

### **Preferred Profile**

• 15\+ years of experience in Corporate Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, or a similar function.
• Strong network with government departments, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, infrastructure, industrial, or large corporate organizations will be preferred.
• Proven ability to manage both internal and external communications while building a positive corporate image.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross\-functional teams.
