We are a US\-based hospitality and restaurant management company with operations across multiple restaurant brands, including QSRs, full\-service restaurants, breweries, and drive\-thru concepts. With expanding operations in the United States and India, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and support our growing workforce.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to US recruitment, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling US hiring processes and supporting multi\-location teams. Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry will be an added advantage.
The role requires working closely with leadership teams in the United States and India to ensure smooth HR operations, recruitment execution, compliance, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
· Lead end\-to\-end recruitment for US\-based and India\-based positions.
· Handle hiring for restaurant operations, corporate roles, QSRs, breweries, finance, HR, maintenance, and support functions.
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
· Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
· Manage recruitment metrics including time\-to\-fill, cost\-per\-hire, and hiring efficiency.
· Coordinate and support payroll processing for US and India operations.
· Ensure accurate employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs.
· Work closely with payroll vendors, finance teams, and operations managers.
· Handle employee documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance records.
· Ensure timely processing of employee benefits, reimbursements, and final settlements.
· Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations.
· Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
· Assist department heads in handling disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
· Drive employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
· Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and workplace guidelines.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR practices.
· Maintain HR reports, employee records, and audit documentation.
· Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and organizational procedures.
· Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting activities.
· Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
· Identify training needs and assist in developing training initiatives.
· Ensure operational teams are aligned with company SOPs and HR standards.
· Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
· Minimum 10\+ years of HR experience.
· Minimum 4\+ years of experience in management role.
· Strong experience in US hiring and recruitment processes is mandatory.
· Experience handling payroll coordination and HR operations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
· Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multi\-unit environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS systems, and reporting tools.
· Experience in Hospitality, Restaurants, QSR, or Hotel industry preferred.
· Exposure to multi\-location or international workforce management is a plus.

Pay: ₹120,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
