We are seeking an ambitious and result\-oriented **Business Development professional** to lead initiatives in identifying, introducing, and promoting new products within the industrial, Minning, oil \& Gas and power generation sectors. The role demands a blend of market intelligence, product understanding, and relationship management skills to strengthen our market footprint and accelerate business growth.
- **Identify and evaluate new product opportunities** that align with the company’s vision and customer requirements.
- Conduct **comprehensive market research** to analyse trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and execute **strategic product introduction and promotion plans** to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Establish and nurture **relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and suppliers** for sourcing innovative and competitive products.
- Collaborate with internal teams including **Sales, Engineering, and Operations** to ensure seamless product integration and market rollout.
- Prepare and deliver **technical and commercial presentations**, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads and **convert opportunities into successful business deals.**
- Monitor product performance, gather market feedback, and recommend improvements or strategic actions.
- Represent the company at **industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings** to promote products and brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of business activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- *Required Skills \& Competencies:**
- Strong understanding of **industrial, filtration, or power generation products** and market dynamics.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal** skills.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and promote new product lines.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, and business research platforms.**
- Strong analytical thinking with a commercial and strategic mindset.
- Highly motivated, target\-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- *Educational Qualification:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics)** or **Business Administration / Marketing.**
- **MBA or equivalent qualification** will be an added advantage.
