Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and result\-oriented Manager – Digital Marketing \& Business Growth to lead digital marketing, customer acquisition, brand growth, and revenue generation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, social media growth, business scaling, and digital strategy while working in fast\-paced and growth\-focused environments.
The candidate will be responsible for driving online business growth, increasing brand visibility, managing digital campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities across digital and e\-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing \& Performance Growth
- Develop and execute complete digital marketing strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, and other paid media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and overall marketing profitability.
- Lead customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Build and manage high\-performing marketing funnels and automation journeys.
Social Media \& Brand Growth
- Develop social media growth strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Work closely with content, design, and video teams to build strong digital brand presence.
- Increase engagement, followers, reach, and brand awareness through strategic campaigns and content planning.
- Identify viral content opportunities, influencer partnerships, and social media collaborations.
Business Growth \& Revenue Expansion
- Identify and execute business growth opportunities, new markets, and revenue channels.
- Develop growth strategies aligned with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to improve market positioning.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to scale the business.
CRM, Retention \& Marketing Automation
- Manage customer retention strategies using Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM automation.
- Build customer lifecycle campaigns including acquisition, nurturing, repeat sales, and retention.
- Improve customer engagement and lifetime value through targeted marketing initiatives.
Reporting \& Team Leadership
- Monitor KPIs and prepare marketing and business growth reports.
- Lead and mentor marketing, creative, and agency teams.
- Ensure alignment between brand, marketing, and revenue objectives.
Preferred Experience \& Skills
- Minimum 6\+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Business Growth roles.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving measurable revenue growth.
- Strong hands\-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and high\-performance campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision\-making skills.
- Experience working in founder\-led, fast\-moving, and growth\-oriented environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bias for action, ownership mindset, and strong problem\-solving ability.
