Head Sales - Ultra HNI & Private Clients

• *The Role**

You will build and run the Private Clients Desk. This team owns the first response to every buyer and seller who calls, WhatsApps or emails Luxepolis, and you will make sure no lead is ever missed. If you have run a pre\-sales team for a top developer, you already know this job. The only difference is that the product is a Rolex instead of a 3BHK.

• *What You Will Own**
• --------------------

• A desk of 3 Relationship Managers: hiring, training, daily coaching and performance.
• First\-response standards: every missed call returned in 30 minutes, every chat answered in 15\.
• Lead routing and warm handover to our sales, sourcing and consignment experts.
• The daily rhythm: 10:30 AM stand\-up, 3 PM SLA sweep and 7:30 PM close\-out with zero unowned leads.
• A daily evening report and a weekly review with the founders, covering conversion, lost\-lead reasons and the call\-quality audit.
• Improving the process every week, including our CRM, WhatsApp inbox and call\-recording tools.
• *What You Bring**
• -----------------

• 6–12 years in sales, with at least 3 years leading a pre\-sales or inside\-sales team.
• Real\-estate developer or mandate\-firm background strongly preferred. Premium hospitality, private banking or luxury retail also welcome.
• A track record of managing to SLAs and numbers: call volume, site visits booked, conversion.
• Comfort with a CRM, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
• Polished spoken English and Hindi. Marathi or Gujarati is a plus.
