Head - Tendering (Flyash & COAL)

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Head Tendering** to lead our tendering and estimation function. The ideal candidate will have 15\+ years of hands\-on experience in tendering, bidding, and estimation, with strong expertise in costing and final tender submission. Mandatory prior experience in **ASH logistics and coal logistics tenders** is required.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage the end\-to\-end tendering process for ASH logistics and coal logistics projects.
• Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.
• Review tender documents, technical specifications, and contractual terms.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, legal, and project teams for accurate inputs.
• Ensure timely and compliant submission of bids and supporting documentation.
• Conduct risk assessment and profitability analysis for each tender.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support post\-bid discussions with clients.
• Maintain a tender database and track bid performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the tendering team.

• *Key Requirements**

• **Experience:** Minimum 15\+ years in tendering, bidding, and estimation.
• Mandatory experience in **ASH management or logistics and coal logistics tenders**.
• Strong expertise in costing, BOQ analysis, rate analysis, and final tender submission.
• Proven track record of successfully securing large\-value logistics contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• In\-depth understanding of logistics operations, transportation models, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Logistics / Commerce / Management.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

• *Language Requirements**

• Proficiency in **English, Hindi, and Tamil** (mandatory).

Pay: From ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
