Experience (in years) : 10\+ Years
Industry Preferred : Automotive, 2wheeler, machinery, (complex) consumer electronics
Qualifications : B.E./B. Tech. (E.E.E.)
Roles \& responsibilities
Working in larger, distributed teams across countries
Excellent understanding of system engineering and the V\-model
Knows at least one requirements management tool
Core expertise is Testing, Verification and Validation
Has deep experience in component, system and vehicle testing
Very good leadership skills; can set\-up and run a team in difficult environment
Also understands the business rational and KPI's
Good understanding in test automation and relevant tool chains
Good understanding in HIL, SIL
Profound in using AI\-tools in R\&D and testing a big plus
Working with regulation and certification bodies
