Health and Safety Trainer

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and certified Health and Safety Trainer to join our new branch in Kollam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high\-quality safety training programs, developing course materials, and preparing students for industry\-recognized certifications. Candidates with Gulf experience and NEBOSH approval will be given high preference.

• *Key Responsibilities**Training Delivery

• Deliver classroom and practical training in Health and Safety topics including:
• Workplace hazard identification and risk assessment
• Fire safety and emergency response
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Occupational health and hygiene
• Construction and industrial safety
• Prepare students for NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, and other international safety certifications
• Use engaging teaching methods including case studies, simulations, and real\-world scenarios

Curriculum Development

• Develop and update training modules, presentations, handouts, and assessment tools
• Align curriculum with latest industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Create lesson plans for beginner to advanced level learners

Student Assessment and Support

• Conduct written exams, practical assessments, and mock drills
• Provide individual feedback and guidance to students
• Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and certification records

Compliance and Quality Assurance

• Ensure all training meets REWAQ International Institute quality standards
• Stay updated on latest safety regulations and industry best practices
• Assist in internal and external audit preparations

• Problem\-solving and crisis management abilities
