Job Summary

We are looking for a technology\-oriented and proactive Healthcare Operations \& App Implementation Executive to manage the testing, implementation, and promotion of our healthcare mobile application across Berhampore and Murshidabad.

The candidate will coordinate with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic laboratories, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth application implementation, user training, and regular usage.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Application Testing \& UAT**

• Test mobile application features, modules, and workflows.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and diagnostic centres.
• Identify bugs, technical issues, and usability problems.
• Coordinate with the IT team for bug fixing and retesting.
• Maintain testing reports and feedback records.

• *2\. Hospital \& IT Coordination**

• Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare institutions for application implementation.
• Communicate with hospital management and IT departments.
• Conduct application demonstrations and support deployment activities.
• Understand healthcare workflows and assist with technical implementation.

• *3\. Healthcare Partner Onboarding**

• Visit doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and diagnostic laboratories.
• Demonstrate the healthcare application to potential users.
• Manage partner registration, onboarding, and activation.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Encourage regular application usage across the assigned territory.

• *4\. Training \& Support**

• Learn all application features and functionalities.
• Provide application training to healthcare partners and internal staff.
• Assist users with basic technical and operational queries.
• Prepare user guides and training materials.
• Support users during application updates and new feature launches.

• *5\. Reporting \& Operations**

• Maintain UAT reports, bug trackers, and partner databases.
• Coordinate with IT, product development, and operations teams.
• Track implementation progress and partner adoption.
• Submit regular activity and performance reports to management.

Eligibility \& Required Skills

• Graduate in IT, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare operations, IT support, software implementation, or business development.
• Basic understanding of mobile applications and software testing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Bengali and Hindi; basic working English preferred.
• Strong problem\-solving and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Berhampore and Murshidabad.
• Fresh knowledge of healthcare technology and application implementation will be an added advantage.
