Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is a premier autism therapy center based in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We provide ABA therapy services to children aged 2 to 18 years in a child\-centered, family\-focused environment.
We are currently seeking a **Experienced** **Healthcare Quality \& Accreditation Manager** to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving accreditation initiatives, managing compliance and quality processes, coordinating across departments, and ensuring the organization maintains the standards required for accreditation and continuous quality improvement.
The Healthcare Quality \& Accreditation Manager will lead and manage accreditation efforts from the back office, overseeing standards mapping, evidence collection, stakeholder coordination, documentation management, and readiness tracking. This is a program\-management role requiring strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to drive complex projects to completion while collaborating with US\-based clinical, operations, and compliance teams.
- *Key Responsibilities (Night Shift)**
- Develop a strong understanding of accreditation standards and translate requirements into structured project plans and tracking systems
- Create and maintain accreditation requirements matrices, evidence repositories, gap logs, and readiness dashboards
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, compliance, and leadership teams to gather, organize, and maintain accreditation documentation
- Identify gaps against accreditation standards and drive corrective actions to closure
- Assign responsibilities, track deliverables, and escalate blockers to ensure project timelines are met
- Monitor accreditation readiness and provide regular status reports to leadership
- Prepare the organization for accreditation submissions, reviews, and audits
- Support ongoing compliance activities and establish processes to maintain accreditation after successful achievement
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives related to organizational standards and compliance

- *Qualifications Required**
- (5\-10\) years of experience in healthcare quality, ABA, Autism, accreditation, compliance, or quality consulting
- Hands\-on experience managing accreditation or standards\-based programs from planning through implementation
- Experience with NABH, JCI, or similar healthcare accreditation frameworks strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ownership of at least one major initiative driven independently from start to finish
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in managing trackers, dashboards, documentation systems, and compliance records
- Familiarity with US healthcare or behavioral health environments
- Exposure to autism services, ABA therapy, or developmental healthcare settings
- Experience working with cross\-functional and international teams
- *Compliance Requirements**
- HIPAA training and adherence are required as a condition of employment
- This role may involve handling Protected Health Information (PHI) under company data\-security and confidentiality protocols
- *What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)**
- Complete and maintain a comprehensive requirements matrix mapped to accreditation standards
- Establish and maintain a live readiness dashboard with assigned owners and target completion dates
- Successfully identify and track accreditation gaps through closure
- Build a reliable evidence repository and documentation management process
- Position the organization on a credible, measurable path toward accreditation submission

- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Strong overlap with US Eastern/Central business hours)
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
