Core duties involve delivering first-level support via phone, email, and remote sessions; diagnosing and fixing hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems; creating, updating, and managing support tickets; escalating complex issues to appropriate teams; following up with customers for resolution; documenting incidents and solutions accurately; meeting service level agreements and quality standards; and assisting with system setup and user account management. This role requires a customer-focused approach, technical proficiency, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic support environment.
