Job Title: HR Assistant
Employment Type: Full\-Time
Location: Office\-Based
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR\-related documents.
Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing training and employee engagement activities.
Ensure all HR records are accurate, confidential, and up to date.
Support the HR Manager with day\-to\-day administrative and. HR operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements
MBA
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Diploma/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
