*QWay Technologies** is seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive** with experience in **Healthcare RCM, Sales, and Internal Voice Process**. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, lead generation, and client engagement skills, with a proven ability to drive business growth.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct outbound calls and internal sales activities to promote company services.
Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow\-up communications.
Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

1–4 years of experience in **Business Development, Sales, Internal Voice Process, or Healthcare RCM Sales**.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship\-building abilities.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales follow\-ups.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Experience in **Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)** industry.
Background in **Sales, Business Development, or Internal Voice Process**.
Strong customer engagement and presentation skills.
