As a **Business Development Executive** for **MedionXR**, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships within the healthcare and medical education sector. Your primary focus will be on identifying new opportunities, presenting our XR\-based healthcare solutions, and ensuring successful client engagement.
You will work closely with hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare institutions, clinics, and industry professionals to introduce innovative XR solutions that enhance medical learning and training experiences. From lead generation to client onboarding and long\-term relationship management, you will play a key role in expanding MedionXR’s presence in the healthcare industry.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand both healthcare and technology\-driven solutions.
- **Sales \& Business Development:**Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and contribute towards achieving sales targets through strategic outreach and relationship building.
- **Client Relationship Management:**Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare institutions, and healthcare professionals.
- **Product Presentations \& Demonstrations:**Present and explain MedionXR’s immersive healthcare solutions through online or offline demonstrations.
- **Lead Qualification \& Follow\-Up:**Understand client requirements, maintain regular follow\-ups, and guide prospects throughout the decision\-making process.
- **Client Onboarding \& Coordination:**Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and client support.
- **Market Research \& Expansion:**Research healthcare market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- **Client Success \& Retention:**Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long\-term engagement with existing clients.
B.Pharm \| BHMS \| MBBS \| BAMS \| BDS \| Any Healthcare/Medical Degree
- Strong communication and presentation skills
