Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Handle complaints professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Positive attitude and problem\-solving skills.
• Undergraduate candidates are eligible.

• *Salary:** Up to ₹25K–₹40K per month (depending on communication skills and experience).
