Roles \& Responsibilities
Handle E\-Sevai applications and online government services
Assist customers in applying for certificates and government schemes
Process Aadhaar\-related updates and services (as permitted)
Upload and verify documents
Manage online registrations and form submissions
Maintain records and customer details
Provide excellent customer support and guidance
Handle basic office administration tasks
Requirements
Basic Computer Knowledge
Good Typing Skills (Tamil \& English)
Knowledge of Internet Browsing and Online Applications
Good Communication Skills
Responsible and Customer\-Friendly Attitude

Preferred Qualifications
Any Degree / Diploma
Experience in E\-Sevai Centre, CSC, Browsing Centre, or Data Entry work is an added advantage
