• *Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) to ensure accuracy and compliance in medical coding operations. The QA will audit coded medical records, identify errors, and provide feedback to improve the coding team’s performance in alignment with industry standards (ICD\-10\-CM, ICD\-10\-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS). **Facility Surgery QA – Skillset Requirement:*** 5 years and above experience in Facility Surgery Coding; experience as a Quality Analyst will be an added advantage.

• Holding a coding certification (CPC/CCS is preferable).

• Should have strong knowledge of Facility Surgery Coding guidelines, ICD\-10\-CM, ICD\-10\-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS coding.

• Should have work experience in coding major and minor surgical procedures across multiple specialties.

• Should have experience in auditing coded records, identifying coding errors, and providing constructive feedback to coders.

• Should have work experience in coding specialties such as Orthopedics, Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery, GI, OBGYN, and other surgical specialties.
