• *Role Overview**

\* As an HRBP, you will work closely with business managers and support them in handling employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.

\* This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in strategic HR.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\* Support managers in handling employee performance and productivity

\* Assist in conducting performance review discussions

\* Handle basic employee grievance cases under supervision

\* Support employee engagement initiatives

\* Track attendance, attrition, and HR metrics

\* Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for hiring needs

\* Ensure company policies and processes are followed

\* Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback

• *Eligibility Criteria**

\* MBA / BBA / Graduation in HR or related field

\* Strong communication skills

\* Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment

\* Good Excel and reporting skills

\* Strong problem\-solving mindset

• *Preferred Traits**

\* Confident in speaking with managers

\* Strong interpersonal skills

\* Willing to learn and grow in the HRBP domain

\* Ability to handle pressure and escalations
