Working Days: 5\.5 Days a Week

What We're Looking For

• 25 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO
• Experience in US Outbound Sales
• B2C sales experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and target\-driven approach

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high\-performing outbound sales team.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to maximize team productivity.
