*Location:** Greater Noida West

*Work Mode:** Work from Office

*Working Hours:** 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

*Working Days:** 5\.5 Days (Monday to Saturday)

1st \& 3rd Saturdays – Off
All Sundays – Off

*About the Role**

We are looking for a **smart, organized, and proactive individual** who is eager to kickstart

their career as an **Executive to the CEO.**

In this role, **you will work closely with the CEO**, supporting day\-to\-day activities,

coordination, and business operations. This is a great opportunity to gain **hands\-on**

*corporate exposure** and understand how leadership functions in a professional environment.

*No prior experience is required – training will be provided.**

*Key Responsibilities:**

Assist in managing the **CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedules**
Support in coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Help in **preparing presentations, reports, and meeting notes (MOMs)**
Handle and **organize emails and basic correspondence**
Assist in **data collection, research, and documentation**
Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work
Support **day\-to\-day operational and coordination activities**
Maintain confidentiality of important business information

*Skills \& Qualities We’re Looking For**

Good **communication skills (written \& verbal)**
Basic knowledge of **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**
Strong willingness to learn and grow
Good **organizational and multitasking ability**
Positive attitude and professional behaviour
Ability to take **ownership and responsibility**

*Eligibility Criteria**

**Freshers can apply**
Bachelor’s degree (any stream) preferred
Candidates looking to start their career in corporate roles
