Job Overview

We are looking for Telecallers / Customer Support Executives to join our growing team at MrMed, an online pharmacy. The role involves handling customer queries, managing inbound and outbound calls, providing post\-sales support and resolving customer concerns through voice and non\-voice channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Manage pre\-sales and post\-sales customer interactions.
• Assist customers with order\-related queries, product information and service requests.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints and escalations professionally.
• Provide timely updates on order status, delivery and other customer requirements.
• Manage non\-voice communication through chat, email or other support channels.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow\-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow\-up activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good communication skills in **Hindi and English** (mandatory).
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support or customer service preferred.
• Experience in voice and non\-voice processes will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle customer concerns patiently and professionally.
• Good listening, problem\-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates from e\-commerce, online pharmacy, healthcare or BPO backgrounds preferred.
