Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer\-oriented Home Loan Officer to support home loan sales and processing for real estate projects. The candidate will coordinate with prospective homebuyers, banks and financial institutions to facilitate smooth loan applications, approvals and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate home loan leads from customers interested in purchasing properties in real estate projects.
• Assist prospective homebuyers with home loan eligibility checks and documentation.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions for loan applications and approvals.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment options and documentation requirements to customers.
• Collect, verify and process customer documents for home loan applications.
• Follow up with financial institutions regarding loan status, approvals and disbursements.
• Coordinate with the sales team, customers and banking representatives throughout the loan process.
• Maintain customer records and regularly update loan application status.
• Support customers in resolving queries related to home loan processing.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in home loan sales, loan processing or banking/financial services.
• Knowledge of home loan products, eligibility criteria and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
• Understanding of real estate project financing and homebuyer loan requirements will be an advantage.
• Good communication, customer\-handling and follow\-up skills.
• Strong coordination and relationship\-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation processes.
