Hospital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Hospital Marketing Executive** to strengthen our referral network and expand our specialty services. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers, generating patient referrals, and promoting our hospital's specialized services.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers regularly.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Promote the hospital's specialty services, including:
• Spine Surgery
• Neurology
• Nephrology
• Oncology
• Critical Care \& ICU
• Orthopedic \& Arthroscopy Services
• Identify and onboard new referral doctors and healthcare partners.
• Coordinate with consultants and hospital departments to ensure smooth referral management.
• Organize doctor meetings, CME programs, and networking events.
• Track referral trends and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Represent the hospital professionally within the medical community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in hospital marketing, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare business development, or doctor relationship management preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally for doctor visits and business development activities.
• Self\-motivated with a target\-oriented approach.
