About the Role

Sree Raaga Resorts is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Marketing Executive with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The candidate should be capable of handling both field marketing and in\-house marketing activities to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and generate revenue.

Responsibilities

• Promote resort rooms, banquet halls, weddings, corporate events, and dining services
• Conduct field visits to corporate offices, travel agencies, event planners, schools, colleges, and business establishments
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Handle in\-house marketing activities and guest engagement programs
• Coordinate with digital marketing and sales teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the management

Requirements

✔ 2–5 years of experience in Hospitality Marketing \& Sales

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✔ Willingness to travel and conduct field marketing activities

✔ Ability to handle both field and in\-house marketing operations

✔ Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills

✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting

✔ Ability to build corporate and business partnerships

✔ Target\-oriented and self\-motivated professional
