• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and onboard new hotel partners across destinations.
• Negotiate competitive rates, commissions, margins and commercial terms.
• Manage hotel contracting, inventory, rates and promotional deals.
• Build strong relationships with hotel owners, chains and revenue managers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and hotel performance.

• *Requirements:**

• 1–4 years of experience in hotel contracting, hotel supply, procurement, hotel sales, market management or travel trade.
• Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and destination\-wise hotel landscape.
• Good negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• OTA, travel industry or hotel\-chain experience preferred.
