Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Service Apartment Operations Executive/Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our serviced apartments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth property operations, maintaining high guest satisfaction, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and managing occupancy and guest services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of serviced apartments and ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate guest check\-ins and check\-outs efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of property\-related issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Manage room inventory, occupancy status, and booking updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
• Maintain excellent guest relations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, serviced apartments, or property management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem\-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hospitality, hotels, co\-living, or serviced apartment operations.
• Knowledge of OTA platforms and booking management.
• Guest relationship management experience.
• Vendor and facility management experience.

Salary

₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
