We are looking for an experienced **Hotel Operations Manager** to lead our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • *1\. Strategic \& Business Leadership**

· Develop and execute the hotel’s annual business plan aligned with revenue, occupancy, and brand standards.

· Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to strengthen market positioning.

· Collaborate with sales \& marketing teams to attract corporate clients, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and group bookings.

· Build and maintain strategic partnerships with travel agents, OTAs, and corporate clients.

  • *2\. Operations Management**

· Oversee **Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, Engineering, and Security** operations.

· Ensure immaculate room and public area standards with regular preventive maintenance.

· Drive quality control in menus, banquets, and in\-room dining while monitoring cost\-to\-revenue ratios.

· Enforce SOPs across departments and update them quarterly.

  • *3\. Guest Experience \& Relations**

· Implement guest satisfaction strategies, tracking NPS and online reputation (Tripadvisor, Google, OTAs).

· Personally handle escalated guest complaints with tact and professionalism.

· Build personalized engagement for VIPs, frequent travelers, and loyalty program members.

· Ensure cultural sensitivity and multilingual support for international guests.

  • *4\. Financial \& Revenue Management**

· Prepare and monitor P\&L, budgets, and capital expenditure plans.

· Apply dynamic pricing strategies through Revenue Management Systems (RMS).

· Maximize ADR, RevPAR, and GOP while maintaining cost efficiency.

· Conduct weekly revenue review meetings with department heads.

  • *5\. Sales, Marketing \& Branding**

· Drive B2B and B2C sales strategies tailored to corporate and leisure segments.

· Collaborate on SEO, SEM, OTA promotions, and social media campaigns.

· Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and hospitality exhibitions.

· Maintain brand consistency in guest communications, signage, and service delivery.

  • *6\. Human Resources \& Team Leadership**

· Oversee recruitment, training, and career development across all hotel departments.

· Implement KPI\-driven performance evaluations and leadership grooming programs.

· Foster a culture of inclusivity, motivation, and continuous improvement.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and ethical practices.

  • *7\. Compliance, Safety \& Sustainability**

· Enforce compliance with hotel regulations: fire safety, sanitation, food handling, GST, and labor laws.

· Implement sustainability initiatives: energy conservation, waste reduction, and eco\-friendly amenities.

· Audit hygiene and HACCP standards in kitchens, rooms, and public areas.

· Maintain 24/7 emergency response protocols (fire, medical, and security).

  • *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

· Occupancy % and RevPAR growth.

· Guest satisfaction \& review scores.

· Staff turnover rate and training compliance.

· Cost control (food cost %, payroll % of revenue).

· GOP % and profit margins against budget.

· Success in corporate tie\-ups and repeat guest retention.

  • *Qualifications \& Skills**

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Hospitality or Business Administration**.

· Minimum **3–7 years of hotel management experience** (business\-class or upscale property preferred).

· Strong knowledge of PMS, POS, RMS, and CRM systems.

· Advanced financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis.

· Excellent leadership, decision\-making, and conflict\-resolution skills.

· Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages preferred.

  • *Work Conditions**

· Full\-time, on\-site leadership role in Coimbatore.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Balance of **hands\-on operations management** and administrative responsibilities.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
