We are seeking a dynamic and organized **HR Executive cum Executive Assistant** to support HR operations, recruitment, administrative functions, and management coordination. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment activities, employee records, office administration, and providing executive support to senior management.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring activities.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance and leave management.
Assist in employee engagement and HR\-related activities.
Executive Assistant
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
Coordinate internal and external communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS reports.
Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.
Maintain confidential documents and records.
Assist management in day\-to\-day business operations.
