Job Description – HR \& Admin Executive / Sr. Executive

Job Summary
The HR \& Admin Executive / Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, recruitment, employee engagement, and overall administration activities at the manufacturing facility. The role requires hands\-on experience in labor law compliance, factory administration, and workforce management.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Human Resource Functions
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for staff and workmen.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary inputs.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and manpower reports for management.
B. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labor laws.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as per applicable laws.
- Coordinate labor inspections and compliance audits.
- Handle contractor compliance and contract labor management.
- Ensure compliance with the Factories Act and related regulations.
- Liaise with government authorities whenever required.
C. Administration Functions
- Manage housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and facility operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor office assets, stationery, and consumables.
- Handle AMC renewals and facility maintenance activities.
- Maintain administration records and documentation.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
D. Audit \& Documentation
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain ISO\-related HR and administration records.
- Prepare and update SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure timely submission of compliance reports and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
- 3–5 years experience for Executive level.
- 5–8 years experience for Sr. Executive level.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, compliance, and factory administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and ERP systems.

Salary Range (Vasai Manufacturing Industry)
- **HR \& Admin Executive:** ₹3\.50 – ₹5\.50 LPA
- **Sr. HR \& Admin Executive:** ₹5\.50 – ₹8\.50 LPA
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
