· Handle office maintenance and housekeeping coordination
· Manage stationery and office supplies
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers

· Coordinate hotel bookings and travel arrangements

· Assist in onboarding of new employees
· Maintain employee files and HR database
· Manage appointment letters, confirmations, increment letters and other HR documents
· Keep attendance and leave records updated
· Maintain organizational charts and employee records
· Coordinate attendance records
· Track leave and employee attendance data
· Coordinate with Accounts for payroll inputs
· Maintain employee leave records
· Organize employee events and celebrations
· Support employee communication initiatives
· Handle basic employee grievances and coordination

· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
· 3\-5 years of experience in SME/manufacturing environments preferred
· Basic understanding of payroll and HR processes
· Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email drafting
· Good communication skills
· Strong follow\-up ability
· Organized and detail\-oriented
· Ability to handle multiple tasks
· Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments
