We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **HR Admin** to manage office administration, facility operations, vendor coordination, and workplace management. The role requires ensuring smooth day\-to\-day office functioning, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and supporting employees with administrative requirements.
● Manage day\-to\-day office operations and administrative activities.
● Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure, assets, and equipment.
● Maintain records of office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
● Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, courier services, and logistics.
● Manage employee seating arrangements and workspace allocation.
● Prepare and maintain administrative reports, records, and documentation.
● Coordinate office events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
● Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services.
● Coordinate with facility vendors, contractors, and service providers.
● Ensure timely servicing and maintenance of office equipment, ACs, electrical systems, DG sets, and other facilities.
● Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
● Manage office repairs and maintenance requirements.
● Monitor utility consumption and ensure cost\-effective facility operations.
● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire safety regulations.
● Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors for office services and procurement.
● Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
● Process vendor invoices and maintain service contracts and agreements.
● Address employee facility\-related concerns and administrative requests.
● Coordinate ID cards, access cards, parking, and other employee services.
● Support onboarding by arranging workstations and required office resources for new employees.
● Postgraduate in any discipline.
● 1\-2 years of experience in Administration and Facilities Management.
● Experience in corporate office administration
● Strong administration and facilities management knowledge.
● Vendor and stakeholder management skills.
● Excellent communication and coordination
● Good negotiation and problem\-solving skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
