HR Administrator

• *Monthly Salary:** ₹22,000 to ₹27,000 CTC (negotiable for deserving candidate)

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR/Admin candidate to manage day\-to\-day HR \& Admin operations, labour compliance, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee documentation.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Handle joining and exit formalities
• Prepare salary inputs and coordinate payroll
• Maintain statutory compliance records (EPF, ESIC, etc.)
• Prepare and maintain HR registers and documentation
• Employee onboarding and induction
• Coordinate with site staff and contractors
• Handle employee grievances and HR\-related support
• Filling Annual Returns/Labour Licence

• *Required Skills:**

• Knowledge of Factory act Rules
• Knowledge of Factory act half yearly and annualy return
• Knowledge of EPF, ESIC \& Labour Welfare fund compliance
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Experience in HRMS/ERP systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• *Preferred Candidate:**

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or labour contractor industry preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹27,000\.00 per month
