HR Assistant Manager

• *Job Summary**

The HR Payroll \& Compliance is responsible for managing the organization’s payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee records while ensuring adherence to labour laws and company policies. The role involves accurate payroll administration, statutory filings, regulatory compliance, and maintaining employee documentation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Payroll Management Manually**

• Process monthly payroll for all employees with accuracy and within deadlines.
• Maintain employee salary records, compensation structures, and payroll data.
• Verify attendance, leave records, incentives, and deductions before payroll processing.
• Generate payslips and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Manage reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and final settlements (F\&F).
• Handle payroll queries from employees.

• *Statutory Compliance**

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including **PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws**.
• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly statutory returns.
• Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities for compliance matters.
• Ensure timely deposit of statutory dues.

• *HR Compliance \& Documentation**

• Maintain employee files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws such as **Shops \& Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Gratuity Act**.
• Support internal and external audits related to HR compliance.
• Maintain HRMIS data and update employee records.

• *Employee Lifecycle Support**

• Handle employee onboarding documentation related to payroll and statutory compliance.
• Manage full and final settlements for exiting employees.
• Assist in issuing salary certificates, experience letters, and compliance\-related documents.

• *Reporting \& MIS**

• Prepare payroll reports, statutory reports, and HR MIS reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee information.
• Support HR leadership with compliance reports and payroll analytics.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies**

• Strong knowledge of **Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance**
• Familiarity with **PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws, and Income Tax**
• Proficiency in **HRMS / Payroll Software and MS Excel**
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s Degree in **Human Resources, Commerce, or related field**
• MBA / PGDM in **Human Resources** preferred

• *Experience**

• **3 – 7 years of experience** in Payroll and Statutory Compliance.

• *Preferred Industry**

• Corporate / Real Estate / Construction / Manufacturing / Services

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
