HR Associate

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in end\-to\-end **recruitment** (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Support **onboarding \& joining formalities**
• Maintain **employee records, attendance, and leave data**
• Assist in **HR operations and MIS reporting**
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR\-related queries
• Support **exit formalities and documentation**
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills:**

• Graduation required; **MBA (HR)** preferred
• Good verbal and written **communication skills**
• Basic knowledge of **HR processes and documentation**
• Proficiency in **MS Excel \& MS Word**
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Candidate should have prior experience in IT recruitment and must be familiar with hiring for technical roles.
