As an HR Associate at Frontier, you will drive talent acquisition efforts across multiple roles and clients. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail\-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and capable of independently managing recruitment processes in a fast\-paced remote environment. You'll play a critical role in helping Frontier identify, attract, and hire top talent for our clients while maintaining a high bar for quality and candidate experience.
As a member of the Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide\-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day\-to\-day basis, this means:
- Drive sourcing efforts through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates from diverse channels and maintain talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes and applications while maintaining a strong quality bar.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities across multiple roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring goals and timelines.
- Track candidate progress and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate status updates and recruitment insights to stakeholders.
- Develop search strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Manage assigned requisitions from intake through offer stages.
- Take ownership of recruitment\-related projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
- 2\+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related fields.
- Strong experience in full\-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management.
- Analytical and process\-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and relentless follow\-up.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience in a startup environment or in\-house recruitment is a plus.
- Experience supporting remote teams is preferred.

- Competitive Monthly Salary: $550\-$700 (based on experience)
