HR Associate

**Job Description**

We are looking for an HR Associate with experience to support our internal hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on\-boarding.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial screening with Telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow\-up with candidates and panel members

**Requirements**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment

• Coimbatore candidates ( Preferably near to Kaniyur )

• *Shift Timing** : 10\.00 am to 7\.00 pm.

• *Current Location:** Near KMCH, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore (First 3 months)
