*Job Title: HR Associate – Talent Acquisition \& HR Operations**

*Job Summary:**

We are looking for an HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for our Customer Support/Call Centre function. The ideal candidate should have experience in high\-volume hiring, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations, preferably in a startup, BPO, or customer support environment.

*Key Responsibilities:**

Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for Customer Support and Call Centre roles.
Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
Drive onboarding and employee documentation processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance and employee lifecycle activities.
Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations.
Partner with hiring managers to meet manpower requirements within timelines.

Requirements

2–3 years of HR experience with exposure to both TA and HR Operations.
Prior experience hiring for Customer Support, BPO, Call Centre, or Operations roles preferred.
Startup experience is a plus.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS tools.
